Growing up in Odessa, this was the closest lake to ski being only 60 miles from O. I remember spending many a day here water skiing and boating. Fell off my skis one time in the middle of the lake and I stood on the lake bottom and it only came up to my chest. Very muddy and red most of the time when I was there, but it was water and I was not complaining.

Really the only competition for bobcats are coyotes, gators. A lot of small animals take refuge in the suburbs so of course the predators will follow. People who keep bobcats as pets report that they are the most loving of all the wild cats.

Cj I very much enjoy this video about the Buffalo Soldier. My grandfather was a Buffalo Soldier. He served as one from the late 1800s through the early 1900's.When Brownsville Texas was all shot up involving the Buffalo Soldiers over a racial incident there,my grandfather was the one who helped train those calvary of men.Theree was an article in Ebony Magazine about this incident in the 1970's.

My son found 2 baby birds while walking the dog as our dog showed him the birds near the entrance door to the building,we looked for the nest there was none . It was 10 pm already so we call wild life fallow the instructions on what to do. Because they are nestling so no theaters yet. I fallow as I was told to mix a soft boil egg with oatmeal to feed the babies I did make sure the oats were fully blended in to powder to feed them. Poor things they were so hungry. Well yesterday we were told to call today to take them to a santuary for wild life. And also to expose them in a small box with a towel in the garden so the parents might see the babies. And to step away but be vigilant. Suddenly a crow took one of them we all try to save the baby but it took him away. Now we have one babie left. I feel so guilty for what happend my youngest son cry so much. Nature could be so brutal. The worst part is we do feed crows in the balcony of our apartment. Later the craw visit us 3 times at the balcony and I was mad at him. Now I know this baby bird is a sparrow my son wants us to keep it. But It requiers a lot of attention and is only quiet when it hears my voice I think he adopted me already. Waiting foe wild life to call ua back.

Second comment is mostly to help the algorith, but the sharelunker program has been so successful with bass, our other game soecues should be better protected as well. I personally have seen, and many anglers I've spoken too feel the same, number of both trophy flats and Gar have plummeted. Especially now knowing what we do about Gar and theor metabolism. With bowfish on the rise, even buffalo should be protected if possible. At least some giants.

There is a capillary effect of humidity rising up trom the ground up the walls. If the sealing on the wall is too good, then moisture accumulates and the outer covering will separate from the adobe brick. If you are going to seal the adobe wall, then you might consider inserting ventilation tubes every so many meters. That repair looks clean, but the cause of the problem remains. Adobe has to breathe.

As much as you can't sell crops from atop an pil field, you could at least encourage native weed grass to help prevent the dang dust bowl from repeating... stop selling land to manufacturers and making barren concrete jungles, ripe for devastation. I know not a ONE OF YALL ever been to Iraq, but how stupid can yall be?

By far my favorite fish to catch by hand or snag. It dont matter the size of the fish, what matters most is the size of the fight in the fish. Ive experienced many fights with this breed. They can reek havoc on a pole & reel. Ive snagged many 60-90lbs. Me & buddy of mine found a pool of them shortly after the gates were closed at the dam close to where we live. This was our first time jumpin in the pool with them. What a blast it was to play with these fish. Theyre very hard to catch by hand, but the level of fun ya have, cant be compared to anything. Jus when ya think ya got em, ya find out ya dont. These fish shoot off like bullets when ya touch em, which makes it even more fun to try & catch them. Speaking from experience, if yall do go catch spoonies by hand, wear atleast 2-3 layers of shirts or ya will have welts on top of welts. They know how to use those tails very well if ya know what I mean. For the record. Both me & my buddy caught absolute monsters by hand. We weighed & released. We both caught a fish in excess of 120lbs. The girth of 1 that size is comparable to a fully inflated beach ball. Yall have fun playing with these fish, they really are a blast to play with no matter how ya play with them
